The mission of Afrika 2030 e.V. is to promote tolerance, international understanding, and peaceful coexistence between cultures. The organization works for the integration and equal opportunities of migrants and refugees, while supporting people persecuted for political, racial, or religious reasons. It develops projects in the fields of education, health, development cooperation, and youth well-being, in order to foster a more inclusive and supportive society.

The association envisions an open and intercultural world, where differences are seen as an asset and where everyone can find their place. It aspires to strengthen ties between Africa and Europe through sustainable development projects, women's empowerment, youth education, and the promotion of tolerance and respect. Afrika 2030 e.V. imagines a future where international solidarity contributes to building more just and equitable societies.

Based in Dortmund, Afrika 2030 e.V is a non-profit organization, politically and religiously neutral, that firmly opposes racism and xenophobia. Multilingual (German, English, French), it organizes festivals, cultural and educational activities, mentoring programs, and international cooperation projects. Its work takes place both locally, in Germany, to support migrant and refugees, and internationally, in Africa, to promote education, health and sustainable development.
